After launching Gemini, the next step was making it smarter, with more multimodal contextual awareness. I led design for the workstream known as Screen Context, which allows Gemini to understand the content of a users phone and offer help with PDFs, YouTube videos, and more.
The work was featured prominently at Google I/O '24, and I was awarded 3 patents for my design work.
